This project required 70,000 cubic yards of fill to build up the 15 acre site along with a new town road. Utilities included 1,900 feet of water main, 500 feet of sanitary sewer and 2,500 feet of storm sewer. Also included was concrete walks, retaining walls and 25,000 sq ft of paving.
